Details of Production LineThe client invested 130,000 USD (approximately RMB 800,000) to rent an idle local plant (plants and other supporting facilities have been completed) to build a small scale 400kg/h biomass pellet fuel production line for wood mushroom-stick crop stalk waste peanut shell. The project covers an area of 1934m² and is mainly equipped with a biomass pellet fuel processing line that produces fuel pellets with annually 1,000 tons. There are 15 employees in the project, 8 of whom are boarding and lodging in the factory, and 7 are not living in the factory. The staff of this project are all in one-shift system, and the production is 300 days a year, and the production is 8 hours a day.The site selection of the project has a good geographical advantage. The water supply, power supply and communication facilities of the project site are complete, and the transportation is convenient. It meets the requirements of relevant land use planning. At the same time, the pollution generated during the project operation period will have little impact on the surrounding environment after measures are taken for treatment.
