The raw materials required for different projects (animal feed pellet production, biomass pellet production) are not the same. For animal feed pellet production, your formula will contain many different types of raw materials, which vary in size and shape. However, regardless of the size, if there are large particle raw materials such as corn, soybeans, soybean meal, grass, etc., these need to be crushed before pellet production. For biomass pellet production, it can generally be divided into agricultural waste and forestry waste. In either case, you need to consider the size and moisture content of the raw materials, as only powdered raw materials with a moisture content between 10-20% can undergo pelletization smoothly. That is to say, regardless of what project you are engaged in, the raw materials can basically be used for pellet production. However, before granulation, the two key factors you need to consider are size and moisture content. This is why we recommend and also require an entire production line from raw material processing to finished pellet production for pellet production.

Firstly, we need to emphasize a concept: pellet production is not just a pellet machine, but a production line that includes equipment for crushing, mixing, drying, pelletizing, cooling, screening, and packaging. Since this is a project, whether it is for feed pellet production or biomass pellet production, the production capacity should be determined based on the actual production plan and market demand. For example, in a animal feed pellet production project, if it is a business plan, you must at least investigate your market scope and customer consumption levels, then formulate an approximate production output range, and finally, in conjunction with our proposed plan and quotation, determine the actual production output target for this project.

This is feasible for the production of animal feed pellets, but it requires careful consideration in the early stages of the project planning regarding which types of animal feed pellets to produce, the types of raw materials for the formulations, and the future scalability of the entire project. As for biomass pellet production, due to the significant differences in raw materials, there is almost no consistency in terms of size or moisture content, for example, if you plan to set up a wood pellet production line but want to produce EFB pellets, it is almost impossible, because the equipment used in the preliminary processing stage for EFB may be completely different from that for wood processing. The only possibility is that in the early stages of the project, you need to inform us of your future plans, and then we will try to reserve expandable space for the future. This way, your pellet production project will always be a relatively open project.
