Too high or too low temperature will affect the protein content of soybean meal, and directly affect the quality of soybean meal and its use effect. Soybean meal can be divided into peeled soybean meal and peeled soybean meal according to whether soybean seed coat is mixed during the baking process. The main difference between the two is the protein level.
2. General processing flow of fermented soybean meal and mix well with water → cooking → inoculation → fermentation and post-cooking → drying → milling → packaging.
The main equipments are mixer, cooking pot, fermenter, fluidized drying bed, grinder and packaging machine. The index requirements of fermented soybean meal are as follows: the KOH solubility of the protein in the fermented soybean meal is above 95%; the polysaccharide can also be dissolved; the odor and mouthfeel and palatability are good, and there is no beany smell.
