RICHI Machinery supplies industrial machinery, customized equipment and complete production lines. Many products are manufactured or configured specifically according to customer requirements.
Once manufacturing has commenced based on customer-approved specifications, cancellation, return or refund may be restricted because the equipment may have been manufactured specifically for the customer's project.
Unless otherwise required by mandatory applicable law or agreed in writing, equipment that has been completed and shipped is generally not eligible for return, exchange or refund due solely to a change of mind.

Note: Pellet production is a continuous and complex process, requiring many equipment to complete the production from raw materials to finished pellets. Therefore, it is suitable for commercial projects but not for personal use.
