1. Basic situation of the turnkey livestock pig feed production project with an annual output of 20,000 tons
Project location: Enshi City, Hubei Province, China
The actual land area: about 8666.71m² (about 13 acres)
Actual annual output: 20,000 tons of pig feed
Total construction area: 3634m²
Project content: Mainly construct a 2F production workshop with a building area of 3100m², a boiler room building area of 70m², a warehouse building area of 200m², an office building area of 144m², a staff canteen building area of 45m², a bathroom building area of 54m², and a power distribution room building With an area of 21m², corresponding auxiliary projects and environmental protection facilities will be constructed.
The actual total investment of the project: 18 million yuan, and the actual environmental protection investment is 450,000 yuan.
Construction content: Including a production line for slaughtering 1 million pigs per year, a deep processing production line for meat products with an annual output of 10,000 tons, and a pig feed processing production line with an annual output of 100,000 tons.
Due to factors such as land and policies, the project actually only built the 20000 tons pig feed processing production line approved by the environmental impact assessment. The construction of the project started in May 2015, and the construction was completed and put into commissioning and operation in July 2019.
How to manufacture pig feed with details?The followings are brief description of complete 20000 tons per year pig feed manufacturing process:
(1) Raw material receiving initial cleaning screen
The raw materials for pig feed production in this pig feed mill project mainly include bulk raw materials such as wheat, corn and meal, and powder materials such as fish meal, stone meal and bone meal. All raw materials are in bags, which are temporarily stored in the raw material warehouse after they are purchased. Raw materials such as wheat, corn, and meal need to be crushed, and powdered materials such as fish meal, stone meal, and bone meal need not be crushed. The 20000 tons per year turnkey pig feed manufacturing project uses two sets of feeding systems to feed separately. Fish meal, stone meal, bone meal and other raw materials are manually unpacked and fed from the feeding hopper and feeding fence by manual feeding; wheat, corn, etc. are directly fed from the feeding hopper and feeding fence, and the raw materials are fed through the scraper conveyor and lifted After lifting, the machine enters the next process. The pellets are screened by the cylinder primary cleaning screen and magnetic separation of the permanent magnet cylinder and then enter the smashing warehouse. The primary cleaning screen is mainly used to remove some large impurities, and the magnetic separation is mainly used to remove some magnetic impurities in the raw materials, and protect the pig feed equipment and pig feed. The safety; the powder that does not need to be crushed is screened by the cone powder sieve and the magnetic separation of the permanent magnet cylinder directly enters the batching bin.
(2) Raw material crushing
The pig feed grinding process is mainly for the pellets that need to be crushed. The pellets in the crushing bin enter the micro pig feed pulverizer and fine pig feed grinder machine for pulverization. The pulverization process includes fine pulverization and fine pulverization. The fine pulverization is adjusted according to the requirements of different products. And the amount of finely pulverized raw materials, the pulverized raw materials are lifted by the elevator and then enter the batching bin.
(3) Batching and mixing section
According to the pig feed making formula quantity and batching sequence set by the system, the raw materials are conveyed by the batching auger and enter the batching scale for cumulative metering. The liquid and oil are added from the oil port through the liquid and oil adding machine, and the two enter the mixer together to mix. The mixing is mainly mixed with a double-shaft blade high-efficiency mixer. After each material enters the pig feed mixer, the mechanical action of the blade makes the material gradually mixed evenly.
(4) Pelletizing and cooling section
Project products include premix powder and pig feed granular forms. After the ingredients are mixed, a powder product can be obtained, and the powder product directly enters the finished product warehouse; after the ingredients are mixed, the pellet feed product can be obtained through the granulation process.
The project adopts thermal granulation method for granulation. The pelleting process uses steam modulation. The project uses a 1ton/hour boiler to provide the steam required for granulation. The main purpose of pelleting is to improve palatability, increase feed digestibility, reduce animal picky eaters, avoid automatic classification of feed ingredients, and kill salmonella in animal feed. After the material is compressed, it enters the cooling tower evenly through the closed air device and the distributor. The cooling tower cools and dries the material by upwind air drying, and automatically discharges the material through material level induction. Cooling is a physical process that reduces the moisture inside and outside the feed to the qualified moisture range.
(5) Grading and packing section
The cooled pig pellet feed product enters the plane rotary grading sieve through the elevator to complete the three-stage sieve, the intermediate qualified product enters the finished product warehouse, and the powder under the sieve enters the granulator again for granulation, the upper layer The screened objects (mainly the materials that stick together due to improper drying) are returned to the cooling and drying system for cooling and drying. The finished products entering the finished product warehouse are packed into the warehouse after being classified by a vibrating screener.
The powdery products that do not need to be granulated enter the finished product warehouse directly after the third process (mixing of ingredients), and are packed into the warehouse after vibrating screening. The vibrating screening of powder materials is mainly to remove the powder mass After being collected, the agglomerates are directly returned to the mixing system for reprocessing.

4. Main raw materials and auxiliary materials
The raw and auxiliary materials used in the project production are mainly soybean meal, rapeseed meal, corn, wheat, additive premix, stone meal, bone meal, fish meal and vegetable oil. In the pig feed production process, a boiler is used to provide steam for granulation, and the boiler is an oil-fired boiler. The project is equipped with a laboratory. The materials used in the laboratory are mainly distilled water, sodium chloride, reagent lauryl sulfate tryptone, tiger red agar, PCA medium and related testing reagents, etc. The testing indicators of the laboratory are mainly water , Protein content, fat content, cellulose content and bacteriological indicators.

5. Implementation status of 20000 tons per year pig animal feed manufacturing project environmental protection measures
The project wastewater is mainly domestic sewage from employees. The project strictly implements rain and sewage diversion. The actual canteen wastewater and domestic sewage of the project are treated with integrated sewage treatment equipment and then commissioned to be cleaned and treated regularly by designated personnel, and not discharged.
(2) Exhaust gas
The exhaust gas of the project is mainly dust during feed processing. In the actual production workshop of the project, a pulse bag filter is installed to remove dust during feed processing. The collected dust is reused for production. A semi-closed workshop is set up. Unorganized discharge of dust is harmful to the environment. The impact is small; the exhaust gas of the oil-fired boiler is discharged in an organized manner through a 7m high exhaust pipe; the cooking fume is collected by the range hood and discharged high above the roof.
The pig feed line project actually selects low-noise equipment, and adopts vibration and noise reduction measures, and arranges working hours reasonably, which has little impact on the environment.
(4) Solid waste
The pig feed production project sets up trash cans to collect domestic garbage and waste packaging bags, and hand them to the sanitation department for unified removal and disposal.
6. Acceptance result
(1) Unorganized waste gas
According to the monitoring results, during the normal commissioning and production of the project, the monitoring value of the downwind direction of the unorganized waste gas particles of the project meets the unorganized emission monitoring concentration limit in Table 2 of the Comprehensive Emission Standard for Air Pollutants (GB16297-1996).
According to the results of this monitoring, during the normal commissioning and production of the project, the daytime monitoring values of noise on the east, south, west, and north sides of the factory boundary meet the "Environmental Noise Emission Standard for Industrial Enterprises" (GB 12348-2008) ) Class 2 standard emission standards.
(3) Organized exhaust gas
According to the results of this monitoring, during the normal commissioning and operation of the project, the emission concentration and rate of particulate matter, sulfur dioxide and nitrogen oxides in the exhaust gas of the oil-fired boiler can meet the "Boiler Air Pollutant Emission Standard" (GB13271-2014 ) Table 2 Oil-fired boiler standards.
