3. Overview of the construction project:
(1) The client invested 35 million yuan to build a feed production project of 100,000 tons of livestock and poultry premixed feed and biological compound feed in Bengbu City, Anhui Province.

This annual output of 100,000 tons poultry feed plant project has been approved by the local government. According to the project filing notice, this project meets the requirements of relevant industrial policies.

4. Environmental protection countermeasures and measures
(1) Exhaust gas
The exhaust gas of this poultry premix and compound pellet feed factory with an annual output of 100,000 tons project is mainly production dust, vehicle transportation dust and canteen oil fume.
The cooking fume in the canteen is treated by a fume purifier, and it is discharged to the roof through a special flue, which can meet the 2.0 mg/m3 standard requirements in the "Emission Standard for Fume Emissions for the Catering Industry" (GB18483-2001); the production dust is collected by a gas collector. After being processed by the pulse bag filter, it is discharged through a 15m high exhaust cylinder, which can meet the requirements of the second standard in Table 2 of the "Comprehensive Emission Standard of Air Pollutants" (GB16297-1996).
The ground in the livestock and poultry feed mill plant area is hardened, daily sprinkling of water to suppress dust, and unorganized emissions of particulate matter. According to calculations, the atmospheric environmental protection distance of this project does not exceed the standard point and meets the requirements of atmospheric environmental protection distance. The sanitary protection distance of the project plant area is determined to be 50m away from the project There are no special protection targets such as residential areas within 50m, and it meets the requirements of health protection distance.
Therefore, the waste gas of this project has little impact on the regional atmospheric environment.
The wastewater of this large livestock and poultry premix feed and compound pellet feed production project is mainly domestic wastewater of employees and canteen wastewater. The animal feed mill project canteen wastewater is treated by grease trap, and then treated with septic tank together with domestic sewage. It is cleaned regularly and used for fertilizer application without being discharged.
The noise pollution source of this project is mainly the noise of mechanical equipment. According to the prediction results, after the sound insulation and distance attenuation of the buildings in the factory area, the environmental noise of the factory boundary meets the "Environmental Noise Emission Standard for Industrial Enterprises" (GB12348-2008) In the third category, the impact on the surrounding acoustic environment is small.
(4) Solid waste
The solid waste of this animal premix feed and compound feed manufacturing project mainly includes the household garbage of the employees, the dust collected by the pulse dust collector, and waste packaging materials. The domestic garbage is cleaned and transported in time by the environmental sanitation department, which meets the requirements of environmental sanitation management, will not cause problems such as stacking and occupation, and has a small impact on the environment; the dust collected by the dust collector is collected and reused as raw materials in the animal poultry livestock feed production process; After the waste packaging materials are collected, they are handed over to the material department for recycling.
To sum up, as long as the solid waste is properly handled in accordance with the requirements of this environmental assessment, the solid waste generated during the project operation period will have less impact on the surrounding environment.
5. Main pollution process:
(1) Main pollution process during construction period:
①Air pollution sources: mainly the dust from automobile transportation, construction work and storage yard; exhaust gas from transportation vehicles and construction power equipment.
②Water pollution sources: mainly vehicle tire washing waste water, site and equipment washing waste water, surface runoff washing waste water during the rainy season, and construction workers' domestic sewage.
③ Noise pollution source: noise generated by construction machinery and transportation vehicles.
④Solid waste: waste earth, muck and other construction waste generated during the construction period and domestic waste discharged by construction personnel.
(2) Major polluting processes during operation period:
①Waste gas pollution
★The feeding port, batching bin, conveyor, etc. of the raw material cleaning, crushing, ingredient mixing, cooling, crumbling, graded packaging and other sections will generate dust and workshop odor;
★Canteen oily smoke.
Mainly domestic sewage for employees.
Mainly the noise generated by the operation of animal poultry livestock feed production equipment such as bucket elevators, permanent magnet cylinders, pulverizers, double-shaft paddle feed mixers and fans. The noise value is about 65～100dB(A).
★Solid waste generated during cleaning and magnetic separation;
★Dust collected by the dust collector;
★Staff household waste;
★Septic tank sludge;
★Packaging solid waste;
★Waste oil from equipment maintenance;
★Laboratory cleaning wastewater and waste.
(3) Main pollution sources:
The construction period of the annual output of 100,000 tons of poultry and livestock feed processing project is 17 months. The construction content mainly includes the construction of production workshops, raw material warehouses, product warehouses, office and living buildings, etc. Environmental impact issues during the construction period of the project include soil erosion, construction waste water, domestic sewage, dust, fuel exhaust, construction noise, spoil, construction waste, etc. These pollutants have varying degrees of impact on the surrounding environment.
Due to site excavation and leveling, soil loosening and vegetation damage have been caused, resulting in soil dispersion, migration, and deposition under the action of rainfall erosive force during rainy seasons and other weather conditions, which is likely to cause soil erosion.
★Flying dust: The dust generated by the wind in the land leveling, construction site and the entrance and exit sections of the construction site; due to the driving of vehicles, the dust generated during the transportation and use of construction materials such as cement and sand; Dust generated during construction earthwork loading; dust generated during site cleaning. According to the cause of dust, it can be divided into wind dust and dynamic dust. Among them, wind dust is mainly caused by the building materials stacked in the open air and the surface floating soil in the exposed construction area due to dry weather and strong wind. It is caused by the suspension of dust particles due to external forces during the loading and unloading of building materials. The dust generated by the poultry and livestock feed line project will be sprayed to reduce dust, which will greatly reduce the impact of the dust on the surrounding atmospheric environment.
★Exhaust gas: The main pollutants are NOx, CO, THC, etc., from the exhaust from transportation vehicles and construction machinery.
★Construction wastewater: The wastewater during the construction period of the 100,000 tons per year large scale complete poultry livestock animal feed facoty project is mainly sand and gravel washing wastewater, concrete curing wastewater, dust suppression wastewater, construction site rainwater, and construction machinery and transportation vehicle washing wastewater. The main pollutants are petroleum. SS, its discharge volume is difficult to estimate, and the discharge of wastewater is random; the amount of intrusion water during the foundation excavation of the main project of the project is related to geological and weather conditions. The main pollution factors are SS, petroleum, and its discharge volume It is difficult to estimate. The average amount of construction wastewater generated is about 3 m³/d, and the construction wastewater of the project is treated with simple grease traps and sedimentation tanks.
★Domestic sewage: The construction workers of this poultry and livestock feed mill project are all surrounding residents, and they will not eat and stay on site. Refer to the relevant data, the domestic sewage discharge of construction workers is generally 50-100L/d. According to the analogy of similar projects, the average person who does not live on the construction site is calculated as 50 L/d per capita. Considering the number of construction workers at peak period of 20, the domestic sewage discharge is 1.0m³ /d.
The noise during the construction period is mainly divided into construction machinery noise, construction operation noise and construction vehicle noise. Among these construction noises, the construction machinery noise has the greatest impact on the environment. According to the analogy investigation of other projects, the noise value of common construction machinery and equipment at a distance of 1m from the sound source during operation is 85~110dB. The project is mainly mechanical noise. After the installation of shock absorbers, noise reduction devices and distance attenuation measures, the project noise has little impact on the surrounding environment.
The solid waste generated during the construction period is mainly spoil, construction waste, and domestic waste of construction workers.
The construction land of the project is generally flat, but local earthwork is excavated. According to the information provided by the owner, the project area needs to be filled with earth about 10,000m³; the boundary of the project site needs to be cleared and foundation excavation, and foundations and roads are excavated during the foundation construction process , Earth and stone are generated when the ground cushion and landscape greening. According to the site survey, the height of the project land is the same as that of the surrounding roads. During the leveling process, the topsoil is mainly cleaned. The cleaning is calculated at 0.2m³/m2. The project land is 40003m2 and the excavation generated is 8000m³. Therefore, the total borrowed earth for the project is 2000m³, and the project borrows All are purchased earthwork.
Project construction waste includes construction waste generated during structural construction and feed equipment installation, such as waste bricks, waste cement blocks, waste steel bars, etc. The structures in this project are mostly light steel structures, and the amount generated is calculated at 10kg/m2. The total construction area of the project is about 54934m2. Therefore, it is estimated that the construction waste will be about 549t during the construction period. The construction waste generated by the project will be transported to the place designated by the municipal department for storage, which will have little impact on the surrounding environment.
The domestic waste of the large capacity annual output of 100,000 tons animal feed mill plant project construction personnel is calculated at 0.3 kg/d per person, and there are about 20 staff during the peak period of construction, and the amount of domestic waste generated during the construction period is about 6 kg/d. After the domestic garbage generated at the construction site is collected in a centralized manner, the sanitation department will be cleared, transported and processed uniformly.
