The feed conditioner is an integral part of the animal poultry chicken cattle aqua feed pellet machine. Conditioning often mentioned in the term of the feed industry is the hydrothermal treatment of the powdered material before pelleting. (1)Ripening of powdery materials

1. Increase the gelatinization of starch in the feed, thereby improving the digestibility of starch by animals.

2. Promote protein denaturation in the material, make it easy to connect and improve the digestibility of pellet making machine feed.

3. Use a certain degree of high temperature to kill most of the pathogenic bacteria in the material to ensure the hygiene level of the feed.

(2)Improve water resistance of pellet feed

In the quenching and tempering process, the viscous components in the material gelatinize starch and denatured protein can fully play the role of a binder, which can effectively bind other components around it. Under the action of the compression roller, the pellets and pellets interact with each other. The combination is more tight, so that the pellet feed becomes denser, the appearance is smooth, and it is not easy to be eroded by water during the breeding process, which increases the stability of the pellet feed in water.
