American rainbow trout is the best example. Puffed feed makes the feed more adhesive and can use higher fat content. Fat content in rainbow trout often reaches 20%, and the extruder plays a vital role in maintaining such a high fat process.
One more point for everyone: Generally speaking, plant-derived raw materials, such as cotton meal, soybean meal, corn, flour, gluten protein, etc., play a very important role in the expansion of pellets; and animal-derived protein feeds include fish meal, meat and bone meal Etc., has undergone the maturation process and has little effect on the puffing process.
In addition, since the fsh extruder machine is the main processing equipment of the extruded feed, the feed factory can also improve the extruding equipment in terms of reducing energy consumption. If the output is less than 5 tons per hour, the energy consumption of puffing is high. If the output is more than 5 tons per hour, the energy consumption of puffing is almost or even very low. Most of the extruded feed plants use waste gas and wastewater collection systems and are recycled during the expansion process. The extruded feed can increase the production speed by 10-15%.
