To further develop the poultry industry and increase production, Uzbekistan plans to implement about 530 projects, with financial support for new farms exceeding USD $62.4 million. Without balanced feed, the development of poultry production is impossible. Therefore, Uzbekistan has also approved a list of breeding materials, processing methods, and auxiliary equipment developed for animal health products for animal feed production, exempting import duties from the Republic of Uzbekistan.
Thanks to the subsidy from the Uzbekistan government, the local industry vigorously develops the aquaculture sector, and RICHI Machinery has established 16 feed pellet production lines in Uzbekistan in only two years. In order to reduce construction costs and develop new profit growth points, the client decided to invest in the production of two feeds at once in this project. After various investigations, the product of RICHI Machinery was finally selected.
The 10t/h feed mill line is a turnkey project. RICHI contracted all equipment installation and commissioning including foundation of civil engineering. The chicken feed and premix feed production line 10t/h was put into production in early 2019. Now, the operation of the production line is stable, and the quality and output of the finished pellets have reached the customer's requirements.

Energy-Saving and Performance
The field trial operation proves that the actual measured output of RICHI's 10t chicken feed manufacturing line is up to 13 tons, with the operating current only accounting for 85% of the rated current of the motor. Each ton of feed can save 20 kW•h compared to the industry average power consumption.
Based on an average yield of 11t/h (the initial design capacity was 10-12 tons), producing for 8 months a year, 30 days per month, and 10 hours per day, this line can save 288,000 kWh of electricity annually. At one yuan per kWh, this ultimately saves customers RMB 28.8 million compared with common chicken feed production lines of the same grade.
