Details of Production LineIn order to give full play to the company's technological advantages and provide high-quality and efficient feed products to key breeding areas in China as soon as possible, the customer invested in the establishment of a 50t/h ruminant dairy cow feed factory construction project in 2015.The 50tph automatic animal feed factory project's dairy cow feed pellet production line adopts the technological methods of cleaning, crushing, electronic weighing of ingredients, and batch mixing. The entire dairy cow pellet feed production process is controlled by a computer and is a complete feed production line. The design features are: excavate a 7m deep T-shaped basement on the ground, and place the cattle feed grinder, mixer, and the primary cleaning equipment for pellets and powder raw materials in the basement. In this way, the cow feed hammer crusher, cow feed mixer, and primary cleaning screener can be reduced. Noise makes it easy for workers to operate, reduces the height of the frame, and reduces the cost; the use of split-point ventilation and dust removal can increase the utilization rate of the equipment and save energy. The design, manufacture, installation and commissioning of this 50t/h cattle cow feed processing line equipment are undertaken by Richi Machinery.
The total investment of the project is 7 million U.S. dollars(feed plant equipment costing 1/7). In the project's production year, it is estimated that the sales income will be 9 million U.S. dollars, the total profit will be about 2.3 million U.S. dollars, and the after-tax profit will be about 1.79 million U.S. dollars.
