1. Application Identity and Scope
RICHI Ads Internal System (the “Application”) is developed and operated by Henan RICHI Machinery Co., Ltd. (“RICHI Machinery”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). It is used for authorized internal advertising performance monitoring, reporting, and operational analysis across company-managed advertising accounts.
The Application is intended for company personnel with appropriate permissions. The public application homepage describes its purpose but does not expose private advertising data.
2. Data Accessed Through Google APIs
Subject to the Google account user's authorization and applicable Google Ads account permissions, the Application may access the following information through Google Ads API:
- Google Ads account identifiers, names, status, and relevant settings;
- Campaigns, ad groups, advertising creatives, keywords, search terms, targeting, budgets, and bidding settings;
- Advertising metrics such as impressions, clicks, costs, conversions, and performance breakdowns;
- Related metadata needed to retrieve, organize, and reconcile reports.
The Application processes OAuth access and refresh tokens, or equivalent authorization credentials where applicable, to maintain permitted connections. We do not ask for Google account passwords.
The Application may also process internal business inquiry records and associated reporting information maintained by RICHI Machinery. Such records are used for internal business analysis and are not treated as a substitute for Google account authorization.
3. Purposes for Using Data
We use authorized data to:
- Retrieve and display advertising performance information and create internal reports;
- Monitor advertising expenditure, account activity, and campaign outcomes;
- Compare results across authorized company advertising accounts, time periods, and reporting dimensions;
- Support internal decision-making about advertising operations and performance improvements;
- Relate permitted advertising metrics to company-maintained inquiry and sales information where appropriate;
- Maintain relevant operational records and investigate technical or security problems.
Access and processing are limited to the disclosed purposes and permissions granted by the applicable account users. Any materially different future use, including transmission of Google user data to external AI services, will require a review of applicable authorization, Google API requirements, and this policy before activation.
4. Storage and Security
Information is processed in infrastructure used or authorized by RICHI Machinery for the Application's internal business operations. Access to internal reporting interfaces is restricted to authorized personnel. We use access controls, authentication, and operational safeguards intended to reduce unauthorized access, disclosure, or alteration.
OAuth credentials are used only for authorized API connections and must not be publicly disclosed. No technical or organizational security measure can eliminate all risks.
5. Access and Sharing
Relevant information is accessible to authorized company personnel based on business responsibilities and granted permissions. We do not sell Google Ads account data or OAuth credentials.
Infrastructure, maintenance, and other service providers may process information to the extent necessary to provide services to RICHI Machinery, subject to applicable security obligations and Google API requirements. Information may also be disclosed where required by applicable law.
The Application does not use Google user data for unrelated third-party advertising products, the sale of user information, or undisclosed purposes.
6. Retention, Disconnection, and Deletion
Advertising data, business records, and operational logs are retained only for periods reasonably required for the disclosed internal reporting, business, security, and legal purposes. Retention periods may differ across record types and applicable obligations.
Users may revoke the Application's Google authorization through Google Account connections. Revocation stops new access using the revoked authorization but does not automatically remove information previously stored for legitimate retention purposes.

7. Google API Services User Data Policy
We intend to handle information obtained from Google APIs in accordance with the Google API Services User Data Policy and other applicable Google API terms. Google user data is accessed and used only in connection with authorized, disclosed Application functionality.
8. Privacy Rights
Depending on applicable laws and the circumstances of processing, individuals may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of relevant personal information. Please contact us to exercise applicable rights.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes in Application functionality, data practices, service providers, Google API requirements, or applicable law. We will publish the updated version and its revision date on this page, and provide additional notice when required.
