01.Rapid development of animal husbandry
Uzbekistan's livestock&poultry industry accounts for 40% of total agricultural production. In the
past five years, livestock has increased by 21%, including cattle by 7%, sheep and goats by 20%, and
poultry by 1.5 times. Today, nearly 95% of livestock are raised on private smallholders and
commercial farms. They produce more than 90% of the country's meat, 95.7% of milk and 54.8% of eggs.
The number of breeding farms has exceeded 400 and currently raises 99,200 livestock. Good market

In recent years, Uzbekistan has adopted a program of measures to make significant increse meat
production. Under the terms of program, total investment in the meat sector should reach

Turn-key 10-15T/H Poultry Feed Plant With Silo System
Design & Installation
• Receiving raw materials from grain storage system,with a total capacity of 500 tons
in silos,also equipped with a cleaning system.
• Grinding line with feed hammer mills equipped with sieves that can be quickly
changed with machine running, installed power of 110kw.
• Mixing line with horizontal feed mixing machine with an effective capacity of
1000kg/batch.
• Pelleting system operating at 10 ton/h, crumbler machine with remote roll
adjustment, low temperature pellet coating station before ensiling. Space projected
for future installation of two additional lines.
• Finished products storage, capacity 1000 Ton, with 1 full automatic bagging system
and lines for bulk outloading, which are for trucks on a weighing bridge and for
freight cars.
• Fully automatic management and supervision of the whole plant by PLC using leading
technologies, lot traceability, and tele-assistance for remote control.
• Receipt of raw materials by truck, with an operating capacity of 70 t/h.
• Grinding system with hammer mill, installed power 110kw, with an inverter-driven
electric motor,equipped with vibrating screens for selecting the grinded
product.
• Mixing system with a horizontal paddle mixer with 1000kg/batch effective
capacity.
• Pelleting system with a production capacity of 10t/h and space projected for a
second line.
• Finished product storage with a capacity of 90 ton, with bagging system and line
for bulk outloading onto trucks.
• Premix feed production line with a 5T/H capacity, installed in a building adjacent
to the feed production plant.
• Fully automatic plant management and supervision via PLC using leading technology.
In September 2018, work was completed for the construction and installation of this
new aquatic feed plant for sinking feed, potential 5T/H.
• Raw material receiving system for receipt of raw materials from trucks.
• Micro-crushing system in this project is characterized by fine grinding fineness
(crusher mesh size 0.8- 2.0 mm),installed power 75kw, with inverter-controlled
electric motor.Complete with vibrating screens downstream of the mills.
• Mixing line with horizontal fish feed mixer with capacity of 2000kg/batch.
• Liquid storage tanks with an overall capacity of 20m3 equipped with batching scale
and conveyor systems to the main mixer and oiling station.
• Pelleting system, capacity of 5-7T/H, high curing conditioning requirements (using
triple-layer conditioner), small product particle diameter (particle diameter of
about 2-4.0 mm).
• Totally automatic management and supervision of the new equipment via PLC, remote
assistance for remote control.
